David and Brenda Aderholdt have lived in Russia, the Balkans, and Europe for over a quarter of a century. They currently reside in Skopje, North Macedonia.

David holds a Masters degree from Canadian Theological Seminary and DMin in leadership from Gordon-Conwell and does executive coaching and leadership development throughout Europe and Asia. David is the CEO and founder of The Leadership Development Group.

Brenda is on the leadership team of ANA, a national Christian women's organization in North Macedonia. She develops leaders, teaches courses, and holds conferences every year for the organization.

Bernie and Renee’ Anderson have been involved with ministry and non-profit work for 25+ years, having spent the better part of a decade in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia doing leadership training and community development. They currently reside in Greenville, SC.

Bernie has a Masters degree from the University of South Africa in Leadership and Spirituality and has worked in the leadership development space for over 10 years, mentoring, teaching, coaching, and writing and developing curriculum.

Renee’ has a BA in Sociology and has worked to develop leaders for over two decades through teaching, mentoring, and working with small groups.

Bernie and Renee’ are currently working with global leaders in Mongolia, Vietnam, and other parts of Southeast Asia.

Jeff and Melissa Singfiel have worked in the non-profit space for nearly thirty years, almost 20 of those in Kosovo, their current home.

 Jeff earned an M.Div degree from Alliance Seminary and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. He works in leadership development, research & writing, coaching, and consulting. He is the author of several peer-reviewed journal articles. 

Melissa earned an M.Div. degree from Alliance Seminary and works in leadership development and spiritual formation with women in Kosovo and throughout Europe and the Middle East. Melissa has been trained in both coaching and mentoring, and is currently pursuing a certification in spiritual direction. Both Jeff and Melissa also serve as regional team developers for their parent organization. They are currently working with global leaders in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Germany, Kosovo, Spain, and two middle eastern countries.
